Also, a noncontiguous parcel of land lying in the W 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of Section 8, T2N, R4W, Eaton Township, Eaton County, Michigan, described as: Commencing at a point S 88°37'20" E 300.0 ft. from the N 1/4 corner of said section and being on the East line of a 300 ft. wide by 20 ft. vertical height restriction easement for Fitch H. Beach Airport; thence S 1°36'35" W277.15 ft. along said East line for a point of beginning; thence N 30°16'02" E 157.57 ft. along the nonprecision approach clear zone area line; thence N 68°15'35" W 80.48 ft. continuing along the nonprecision approach clear zone area line to a point on the East line of a 300 ft. wide by 20 ft. vertical height restriction easement for Fitch H.
