§ 1. PURPOSE.

The purpose of this appendix is to set forth the boundaries of the City of Charlotte on the effective date of this Charter. It shall not constitute a part of the Charter, but shall be included with each printing of the Charter with the boundaries stated as the same exist on the date of such printing.
