§ 2-162. TAX ABATEMENTS.

The city shall not grant any municipal tax abatements to any class of housing projects within its boundaries to which Public Act 346 of 1966, § 15a(1), being M.C.L.A. §§ 125.1401 et seq., as amended, shall apply.
