§ 15. PERSONS ELIGIBLE FOR OFFICE OR EMPLOYMENT.

The provisions of the first sentence of Section 3.3 of this Charter shall not apply to, or affect persons holding an administrative city office at the time this Charter became effective.
I certify that the foregoing Section 15 is a true copy of the amendment adopted as above stated.
